We are located in Franklinton at 524-B West Broad St and serve the people in Franklinton and surrounding areas. We are a federally qualified healthcare center that has general primary care services, behavioral healthcare, counseling, substance abuse treatment and physical therapy. We coordinate and integrate your care across multiple services. If you don't have insurance, the cost of your care will be based on your income and where you fall on our sliding fee scale.

Southeast Healthcare’s federally certified navigators provide free in-person, phone or virtual enrollment assistance for anyone who would like to explore their health coverage options.
