Modcon Living (formerly known as Rebuilding Together Central Ohio) is a nonprofit organization established to help sustain homes and neighborhoods, and enrich the lives of homeowners in our community. Through grants, we provide reliable, affordable home repair and modification services, while serving vulnerable senior homeowners in Central Ohio. We believe that everyone should have the choice to age in place with independence and dignity.

Modcon Living’s Safe at Home program provides grants for quality home modifications and emergency repairs for qualified, vulnerable low-income senior and/or disabled homeowners.
