The Hilltop YMCA offers programming around Community Wellness and Chronic Disease Prevention! They have a diabetes prevention program, Livestrong (a support system for those with cancer), EnhancFitness programs, Silver Sneakers and more.

The Hilltop YMCA also works with families who are expecting or have an infant under age one to improve infant vitality. Here's how we can keep you and your baby healthy: connect with a doctor and/or medical care, link you with resources, make sure your baby has a safe place to sleep, provide you with someone to talk to, give you supplies (diapers, formula, baby clothes).
