Franklin County Public Health's Community Cessation Initiative (CCI) is a local program that helps connect Franklin County residents (18+) to tobacco cessation services. Our program provides tobacco users the counseling and support to help quit any type of tobacco/nicotine product. CCI services include: individual counseling, group counseling, telephonic counseling that may include nicotine replacement therapy (NRT). All services are free to participants who enroll in the program.
