has launched GHRO Forward, a six-month workforce pipeline for women ages 18-26 offering credentialing, career readiness and confidence-building support. Participants can earn competitive credentials in manufacturing, healthcare or infrastructure while building professional skills and employer connections. Programming will take place at multiple locations, including the Femergy Center, 49 S. Grant Avenue, Columbus, OH 43215. Femergy is a nonprofit that provides girls and women with the skills-training and resources they need to overcome gender barriers in public and private spheres. Our holistic programs support youth with high school and workforce readiness, leadership development, personal wellness, confidence building, and more. We support women in our communities by providing career coaching, financial literacy, and personal and professional development opportunities. Through our services, we hope to empower girls and women to become leaders in their schools, workplaces, and communities.
