Community Dental Collaborative provides charitable dental care to uninsured Central Ohio residents with incomes up to 200% of the federal poverty level who do not have insurance. Registration begins at 5PM at Columbus Public Health (240 Parson Ave, 2nd Floor, 43215). Extractions only (for pain) on the 1st & 3rd Mondays (walk-in clinic). Wisdom teeth removal services not provided.
