Child Development Council of Franklin County

We prepare children for success in kindergarten and beyond and provide families with tools for overall success. The Child Development Council of Franklin County, Inc. (CDCFC) is a private, non-profit organization funded by the U.S. Office of Health and Human Services, Office of Head Start and the City of Columbus, Early Start Program. CDCFC provides high quality, comprehensive early childhood education and development services to income eligible pregnant women and children 0-5 and their families. Head Start services are provided at No Cost to families. Full-day services are available to families with publicly funded childcare (PFCC) or on a sliding fee scale to those who qualify. Children in kinship care, foster care, families that are homeless and children with disabilities have priority for enrollment

We have 2 locations on Hilltop: FREE PRE-K 1. St. Agnes Head Start 2350 W Mound St. Columbus, OH 43228 9am-3pm Head Start 8am-5pm PCFF classrooms We serve children from 3-5 but we are opening the Early Head Start soon on this location, where we are going to serve children from 6 weeks old. 2. Lindbergh Head Start 2541 Lindbergh Drive Columbus, Ohio 43223 9am-3pm Head Start Children from 3-5.
