The mission of the Charitable Pharmacy of Central Ohio (CPCO) is to provide affordable and appropriate pharmacy services and to coordinate access to health care for people who are vulnerable.
CPCO provides medications at no cost, medication counseling, health and wellness education, and connection to social services. Individuals who live in Franklin County, have a monthly household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Line, and are uninsured, under-insured, or cannot afford their prescription co-pays are eligible to become a patient with us.

New patients are asked to bring with them a Proof of Address, Proof of Income if they have income, and a list of medications or their prescription bottles. CPCO is now accepting medication donations from the public. Donations can be made at both locations in-person during normal business hours. All medications are accepted. The donations can be in pharmacy packaging (plastic vials). They cannot be expired.
