Medical Care, Rides to the Doctor, an Activity Center with nourishing meals, and Help at Home are all provided and coordinated through BoldAge PACE

BoldAge PACE is both the provider and the payer, offering a full range of wraparound services to eligible individuals 55 and older living in Franklin County. We accept Medicaid and Medicare Dual Plan. We focus on helping participants remain safely in their homes and communities with full wrap-around support.
