It is that time of the year again! Please join the Highland West Civic Association on Saturday, March 28 from 10AM-12PM for their annual Spring litter pick up along W Broad Street. All materials/supplies provided. Please bring yourselves and a friend. or bring the whole family! There is more than enough for all of us to pick up.
