We got a donation of pawpaw and redbud seedlings,
and they want to get planted this fall. Thanks to all our
helpers in our prior sessions, we cleared enough
ground to plant what we got. Our new Watership
Parter Service Agreement funded a Dibble bar that
will help us make quick work of the tree planting. But
the HONEYSUCKLE HACKFEST goes on! In our prior
sessions we cleared a good chunk of riparian area
along Dry Run and hauled or chipped the woody
debris, but more clearing is needed for planting trees
and restoring in the spring.
