Summer Jam West is a grassroots community arts festival held at Westgate Park. It’s a celebration of, and celebration for, the Hilltop community (though we welcome everyone to attend!). Save the date for Saturday, July 13th from 11AM-7PM. Join Hilltop Arts Collective for a day filled with:
