Join Mayor Andrew J. Ginther, neighborhood leaders and the Hilltop Community to officially turn on the lights to showcase the mural brightening Sullivant Avenue at the I-70 underpass. The event will celebrate the city’s multi-department investments in the Hilltop and the public art that represents its history and civic and creative spirit.
