Safe Point is a comprehensive harm reduction model to educate the community about safer drug use and fight the spread of infectious disease. Safe Point has a mobile pop-up at Primary One Health on the Hilltop at 2300 W. Broad St, 43204 on the first Thursday of the month from 12-2PM. The mobile unit is parked in the back lot of the Primary One. Information is available in English and Spanish.
Safe Point participants have access to the following services:
- Syringe exchange and safer injection use education
- HIV/STI/Hepatitis C testing and linkage to care
- Drug intervention treatment referrals & counseling
- Overdose prevention education
- PrEP referrals
- 22G syringes for the trans community

Safe Point is a legal program operated by Equitas Health with support from Columbus Public Health.
Safe Point operates in Franklinton at 1267 W Broad St, 43222 on Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 4-8PM (line cut at 7:30PM), and Saturdays from 9AM-1PM (line cut at 12:30PM).
