Highland West Civic Association is launching the 2025 Community Empowerment Series!

• Serving People More Sustainably on Thursday, March 13 at 7pm at the Hilltop Library: The discussion will be moderated by former Greater Hilltop Area Commissioner Malik Moore. Come to hear the perspectives of organizations addressing food insecurity, addiction, and homelessness in the Highland West community and explore how the community can come together to incorporate sustainable practices into their work.
• Community Safety Summit on May 8th at 7PM at the Hilltop Library:  Please come with your questions and suggestions as we join together in a community conversation with our law enforcement officials.  All are welcome!
