The Highland West Board meeting is open to the public and meets the second Thursday of the month at 7PM, Hilltop Library (511 S Hague Ave, 43204).

The Highland West Civic Association (2006) is organized for charitable and educational purposes, including, but NOT limited to, improving the viability, livability, and overall quality of life for the residents of Highland West.
