The Franklin County Board of Revision (BOR) hears complaints on the market value of your property and can adjust the value based on presented evidence. The BOR is now accepting tax year 2023 complaints through April 1, 2024.

Hilltonia MS on Saturday, March 9th from 10AM-2PM.  This clinic has Homeowner Assistant Program available to low-to-moderate income homeowners to file a complaint against the valuation of their owner-occupied home with the County Board of Revision (BOR). The program provides complaint-filing clinic and referrals for possible further presentation for homeowners in Franklin County.
