Our workshops are designed to equip caregivers with the knowledge and skills necessary for their child’s first year of life. Individuals must be 34 weeks pregnant or have a child under 12 months old. These hands-on sessions equip new parents with life-saving knowledge on safe sleep practices and infant care. Participants receive lactation support, doula referrals, and access to essential resources such as a free crib, car seat, and CPR/First Aid certification. RSVP for one workshop.
