Minor Home Repair Program for Seniors (Office of Aging)

The primary goal of Minor Home Repair team is to ensure that the homes of our clients are safe and secure. This might include: Minor plumbing, electrical, gas and furnace repairs; smoke alarms; handrails and grab bars in the bathroom, concrete repair to main access walks and steps, wheelchair and walker ramps; broken window glass. This service is only for seniors.

To be considered, work must be necessary for a safe, secure living environment--repairs that are purely cosmetic in nature will not be considered. Also note that we are unable to assist with roofs, foundations, or air conditioning projects. All work is done by qualified, licensed, bonded and insured contractors. The materials and techniques used in the repair work will comply with all applicable code regulations and ordinances.

For more information, contact Senior Options at (614) 525-6200.
