Don’t wait, vaccinate!

The Hilltop Youth Empowerment Center (3275 Sullivant Ave) is hosting COVID-19 vaccine clinics every Saturday (through July 2nd) from 10AM-2PM. All Ohio Medicaid and MyCare members ages 5 and older will receive a $100 gift card for the first vaccination. COVID-19 vaccines are free and available at no cost to members. Transportation can be provided through your health plan.
